On game day, if it is raining, please check the field status on the city of poco website to ensure your field is open. Typically during the week the city will update by 2pm.

Here is a document for proper field care in the event that there is water on the field and you’re preparing fields for game play.
Game Cancellation
If for any reason a home game is cancelled, even if it’s obviously raining, please email us at rainout@pcfa.club. This will go directly to all parties (umpires, fields, etc) that need to be aware of the cancellation. This record is necessary when cross checking invoices with the city at the end of each month.
In the e-mail, please indicate:
- Your name
- Your team
- Field Location
- Start Time
Home games need to be cancelled by 3:30pm. Please cancel earlier if possible, especially if you’re playing teams that will be travelling a good distance to play.
Games that need to be cancelled for any reason other than rain, must be done so 24 hours in advance.
Practice Cancellation
If for any reason a scheduled practice is cancelled, please ensure you cancel the field by e-mailing Tanya.
